RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase or realize you ordered the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days, and we will offer a solution. No refunds will be honored for connectivity issues if stickers have been installed incorrectly. To begin the process, shoot us a detailed email at info@waveblock.com

 We charge a 30% restocking fee on orders that are returned to us unopened and in perfect condition. We are unable to return opened or used products due to health requirements." 

 

WARRANTY

WaveBlock earbud stickers have an expected life span of 6 months. Daily use and constant exposure to the elements, skin, sweat, and earwax limits their longevity. WaveBlock has a 60 day warranty on peeling and lifting of its stickers. Devices such as cell phones and iPads, are encouraged to have a cover or case on at all times for lifetime usage. An automatic earbud sticker replenishment plan is recommended for heavy users at 3 months and at 6 months for the average user to ensure uninterrupted EMF protection.

If you think you have a defective product, just send your order number and a picture of the item for evaluation to us at info@waveblock.com.  WaveBlock will review your case and ship a replacement if your product is defective.
