RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase or realize you ordered the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days, and we will offer a solution. No refunds will be honored for connectivity issues if stickers have been installed incorrectly.

We are unable to return opened or used products due to health requirements. Extended grace period for customer satisfaction during the holiday season- up to 60 days from the date purchased.

There will be no handling fee on exchanges or store credit.

 

WARRANTY

WaveBlock has a 60 day warranty on peeling and lifting stickers. Devices such as cell phones, MacBooks and iPads, are encouraged to have a cover or case on at all times for lifetime usage. WaveBlock earbud stickers have an expected life span of an average 3-6 months. Daily use and constant exposure to the elements, skin, sweat, and earwax limits their longevity. An automatic earbud sticker discounted replenishment plan is recommended for heavy users at 3 months and at 6 months for the average user to ensure uninterrupted EMF protection.

If you think you have a defective product, please send your order number and a picture of the item for evaluation to us at info@waveblock.com.  WaveBlock will review your case and ship a replacement if your product is defective.
