1-Year Limited Warranty

We back every case with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your case was made wrong, we'll replace it free. Covered defects include:

• Arrives damaged
• Material separating without impact
• Cracking without a drop

To file a claim, contact us within the warranty period with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. Warranty applies to the original purchaser on cases bought from WaveBlock or an authorized seller.

What's Not Covered

Silicone is a soft material, so natural wear happens over time —and so do accidents. Outside the warranty:

• Corner chips, scratches, and cosmetic wear
• Stretching, peeling, or shine changes
• Damage from drops, impact, or heat
• General wear after extended use

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under the consumer protection laws of your state, and nothing here limits those rights.
