Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Standard Shipping (Includes Insurance & Tracking): Orders from $0.00 to $99.99 are $5.99, and orders $100.00 and up are FREE

In-Store Pickup

At this moment, we do not offer in-store pickup.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the United States.

Checking the Status of Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@waveblock.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or realize you’ve ordered the wrong product, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a solution. To initiate a return or exchange, click here.

Please Note:

  • We cannot offer refunds for connectivity issues if stickers have been installed incorrectly.
  • Due to health requirements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.
  • During the holiday season, we extend our grace period for returns to up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • There are no handling fees on exchanges or store credit.
  • We do not offer returns for international orders.

Warranty

WaveBlock offers a 60-day warranty on peeling and lifting shields. We recommend using a cover or case on devices such as cell phones, MacBooks, and iPads at all times to extend the life of the shields.

The WaveBlock earbud shields are designed to last an average of 3-6 months. Factors like daily use, exposure to elements, skin contact, sweat, and earwax can affect their longevity. We suggest our automatic earbud shield discounted replenishment plan, available at 3 months for heavy users and 6 months for average users, to ensure continuous EMF protection.

Defective Products

If you believe your product is defective, please send your order number and a picture of the item for evaluation to info@waveblock.com. We will review your case and, if the product is deemed defective, we will ship a replacement.
