30-Day Returns

Changed your mind, or the fit isn't right? Return any unused case in like-new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

1-Year Limited Warranty

We back every case with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your case was made wrong, we'll replace it free. Covered defects include:

• Arrives damaged
• Material separating without impact
• Cracking without a drop

To file a claim, contact us within the warranty period with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. Warranty applies to the original purchaser on cases bought from WaveBlock or an authorized seller.

What's Not Covered

Silicone is a soft material, so natural wear happens over time — and so do accidents. Outside the warranty:

• Corner chips, scratches, and cosmetic wear
• Stretching, peeling, or shine changes
• Damage from drops, impact, or heat
• General wear after extended use

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under the consumer protection laws of your state, and nothing here limits those rights.

WaveBlock Shield Warranty & Returns

30-Day Returns

Ordered the wrong product or not satisfied? Contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Because our shields use a strong adhesive and contact your device, we can't accept returns on opened or used shields. We also can't offer refunds for connectivity issues caused by incorrect installation. (Holiday grace period: 60 days from purchase.)

60-Day Shield Warranty

We warranty our phone, MacBook, and iPad shields against peeling and lifting for 60 days from delivery. We recommend using a case or cover to extend their lifespan.

Earbud Shields

Earbud shields are designed to last 3-6 months depending on daily use, sweat, and earwax. For uninterrupted protection, we recommend our discounted replenishment plan — 3 months for heavy users, 6 months for average users.
